I have to say, I have catered several events for my firm, and this one went off without a hitch thank to you, and your crew, and The Ultimate Pig Roast. You guy's did an outstanding job!  We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Both the pig roast and the deep-fried turkeys were succulent especially smothered in you "award winning" sauce.
